The Rev. Eugene Curry (Senior Pastor)
Pastor Curry was raised right here in southern California in the city of El Segundo. After finishing high school he went off to Concordia University in Portland, OR where he received a Bachelor of Arts in theological studies. He subsequently matriculated into Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Mill Valley, CA where he earned a Master of Divinity. While there, Pastor Curry married his high school sweet-heart, Gianne Godfrey. Pastor Curry has ministered in churches in both Portland and San Francisco prior to coming to FBC Granada Hills. He and his lovely wife Gianne have three daughters: Charlotte, Penelope, and Eve.
The Rev. Rodolfo Lagos (Associate Pastor)
Pastor Lagos was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras in 1961 to a Christian family that attended Iglesia Evangelica Centroamericana (Central American Mission). He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in November of 1969. He attended Bible classes at the Evangelical Institute, has a bachelor’s degree in Diesel Mechanics from Luis Bogran Technical Institute, studied at Azusa Pacific University, and is currently pursuing further education at Gold Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He moved to California in 1985 and married Maria de los Angeles Recinos on February 14, 1988. Rodolfo & Maria have two daughters, Jennifer and Alicia, and one son, Josue.
Jodie was born in Orange County, CA where she lived until the age of six before moving with her family to Oregon. After finishing high school, Jodie moved back to California to pursue an education in fashion merchandising at California State University, Long Beach, eventually changing her focus to sociology. During her studies, she became an administrative assistant intern working for the Food 4 Less Co., which merged with Ralphs and Fred Meyer and eventually became The Kroger Co. Jodie worked there for 12 years in the Community Relations/Public Relations dept. as an event coordinator where she met her husband, Alan. They currently reside in the Los Angeles area with their son.
